  Dynamic balance retest: Professional instruments need to be used on site to detect the vibration amplitude. Once it exceeds the standard, the fan blade counterweight needs to be fine tuned again.

  Intelligent control docking: Modern industrial fans often support mobile apps or remote group control, and installation personnel need to complete network pairing, which involves weak current configuration and is not purely physical labor.

  If you are the manager of the purchasing party, you don't need to worry about complicated processes. Because legitimate manufacturers provide a "turnkey project", you only need to provide water and electricity in place, and the remaining exploration, installation, commissioning, and garbage removal are all completed by professional personnel. Usually, 2 to 4 fans can be installed by 3 to 4 workers in one day.

  But if you try to organize an electrician or mechanic to install it yourself, the process is extremely complex and dangerous. Not only is there a lack of specialized crimping pliers, torque wrenches, and lifting equipment, but there is also a lack of structural load-bearing calculation ability, which can easily cause equipment damage or personal injury.

  Summary: The installation of industrial fans is not as simple as "screwing screws". It is a comprehensive discipline that integrates structural mechanics, high-altitude safety, and electrical automation. It is recommended to choose a brand with a safety production license and qualifications for high-altitude operations for installation, and leave the "complexity" to a professional team.
